Our policy is designed so that our clients receive as much help as they request, ensuring their property is as they would wish to find it on their return.
Property checks
Whilst you are away, we will visit your property and check that everything is in order and report back, via email or telephone. Property checks are carried out on request. *
Property restoration
Ege Estate is able to assist with, or even project-manage, renovation work to your home. Services include building, swimming, pool construction, plastering, painting, plumbing and electrical work. *
Setting up your home
We can support you in all areas of setting up your home, including liaising with the electricity board, purchasing furniture, installing phone connections and much more. * We are here to help!
A clean home
To avoid the hassle of having to clean your property on the first day back - opt for the home cleaning service. *
Airport transfers
Take the stress out of struggling from the airport to your Ege Estate by letting us organise transfers to and from your chosen airport. *
Special requests
Perhaps you have a birthday or an anniversary celebration to arrange, or maybe you want to welcome guests that are staying in your home. Ege Estate is happy to oblige. Just contact us with a minimum of one week's notice and we will do everything we can to help make your day special. *
